Victory Gymnastics Fundraiser

Feb 17-19, 2011

This is a 3 day/night process and we will need atleast 15 people (parents & PLAYERS) to help tear down, move, load, unload & set up gymnastics equipment.

Victory Gymnastics is making a sizable contribution for our efforts, so please come out in force.

On February 17-19 we are requesting the assistance of a minimum of 15 strong men to help with the setup and tear down of our competition equipment. We would need the guys on Thursday evening to help load up the equipment at our gym (I-35 and Indian Hills Road in south Moore) and then set it up in the former basketball gym for our Friday competition. We then need to move it to the new gym after the basketball game Friday night. On Sunday afternoon when we are done, we have to take it back to Victory Gym and reset it up. Each of these times will take about two hours if everyone works really hard, We will have our parents on hand helping as well.

Booster Club Memberships Due

Time to renew or begin your Westmoore Baseball Booster Club Membership. There are various levels to join at, we hope all parents/families will join at the Homerun club or higher and invite friends and extended families to support at the single, double or triple level.
Memberships run from July 1 thru June 30th.
